Community Support
Waverley Greens has deep roots in the Waverley community. As part of the Easts Group of Clubs, we’ve been supporting local sporting groups, charities and community organisations in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs for decades – and we’re proud to continue that tradition as Waverley Greens.
Each year, Easts Group provides financial support, sponsorship, in-kind contributions and venue assistance to a wide range of community organisations. The majority of these are locally based – from grassroots sporting clubs and school programs to charitable organisations serving the broader community.
Our support takes many forms: cash donations and sponsorships, free or subsidsed room hire, goods in kind, administrative assistance and fundraising support through events and promotions held right here at Waverley Greens.
Beyond financial contribution, we recognise and celebrate the hundred of hours of community service donated by the individuals who volunteer their time to make our local area a better place. Waverley Greens is proud to be part of a community that gives back.
The Easts Group of Clubs continues to have a widely respected community support focus and we proudly support our Community Support program.
Donations of money and sponsorship are made by the Group each year to a variety of groups, the majority of which are locally based. This support may take the form of sponsorship, cash donations, free use of room hire facilities, goods in kind or administration assistance.
Through sponsorship and donations, Easts Group of Clubs supports many activities in the community including charitable works, hobbies, and sporting activities. The support that the Group provides is matched by the hundreds of hours of community service and charitable activities donated by the many individuals who work tirelessly to make our local community a better place to live.
