We’re proud to share that The Langlee, our community in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, has been honoured with the Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Award for Seniors Living.
In partnership with the Easts Group, Mirvac completed The Langlee and Waverley Greens in 2023, transforming the former Waverley Bowling Club into a vibrant new residential precinct. This award celebrates the revitalisation of the site, delivering 55 luxury apartments and setting a new benchmark for seniors living.
To cap it off, we’re pleased to share that all homes at The Langlee are now sold — a clear testament to the strong demand for high-quality seniors living and the distinct appeal of this project.
